Our mission is to deliver the finest, most cost effective conservative health care treatment available today.  Following diagnosis, the doctor will advise you of his plan for your treatment.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of treatment. We are sensitive to the fact that some people may not be able to pay cash for their treatment, therefore, we offer an alternative payment program for your convenience. Below are the forms of payment you may use to settle your account:
1. Cash or Check
2. MasterCard and Visa
3. CareCredit Card - This is a separate line of credit, which does not affect the balances of your other credit cards. Unlike other credit cards, there are no annual fees. Monthly payments may be as little as 3% of the outstanding balance.


Insurance Policy

We will not file insurance claims for TMJ services. We will, however, gladly provide a receipt and a pre-estimate (listing medical and dental insurance codes) so you may file with your insurance companies.


Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation. If you do not give 24 hours notice, you may be charged the fee for that appointment. You will also need to pay that fee before the next appointment will be scheduled.
